Simply put, references are significant events in our Life that we use to form our beliefs regarding ourselves, Life, people and everything in general.

References are not your Past. They are your perception of your past.

  • List out five experiences that have shaped you whatever you are today. List five positive experiences and five negative experiences.
  • Ask yourself "In order achieve what I really want, what are the references that I need?". Create those references in your Life.
